If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy, govern Sally Weekes’s Interiors relationship with you in relation to this website.The term “Sally Weekes/Interiors” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Darenth Court Farm, Darenth Hill, Near Dartford, Kent DA2 7QY. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Trade and Description Act
- The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. We cannot gaurantee that all images, colours and measurements shown on the site are accurate, however we do try to be as exact as possible. If you the viewer spot any miss information we would appreciate it if you could tell us so we can adjust information accordingly.
- Many of our products available for purchase are made from natural materials such as wood, hemp, dried banana skins and stone. Due to the nature of these materials some abnormalities may occur. We make every effort to ensure all the wood used in making our furntiture is dried out (usually kiln dried). Some further cracking, fading and warping may occur over time in different tempratures and lights. We do not take responsibility for this happening so please be aware that when you decide to purchase a wooden product or any item that contains wooden components that you are agreeing to any natural changes that may occur in your possession.
Order & Payment
We constantly try to keep the site as up to date as possible, however in some instances products that are shown for sale on the site may have already been bought previously as many of our products are one offs. In such cases we will contact and notify you as soon we are aware. It is possible for us to source similar products again and we will give you that option.Please get in contact with us if you have any queries or questions before you purchase on line. We would like you to feel completely happy with any products that you are interested in before buying.
Due to the size and weight of some products you are required to contact us for delivery charges. You will see this notification next to each product available on our site. If however a product has an ‘Add to basket’ button beside it, is possible to buy online. Once you have pressed the ‘Add to basket’ button you will notice that it takes you to the Pay Pal site which is a very safe, secure way of buying your products over the internet. If you have not finished looking at our shop simply press the ‘continue to shopping’ button on the Pay Pal page. If you would like to pay through Pay Pal you will have to give a few details to activate an account which is very quick and easy.
Alternatively if you would prefer to pay by personal cheque please let us know which item you would like to buy so that we can adjust the site so your product is not sold before we receive your cheque in the post. All cheques made out to Sally Weekes and posted to Darenth Court Farm, Darenth Hill, Near Dartford, Kent DA2 7QY.
Delivery
For products bought online through Pay Pal the delivery (Postage and Packing) costs are automatically added to your total. Please note that the delivery prices on Pay Pal are only for UK mainland delivery. Small products will be delivered through Royal Mail and others will be delivered by arranged courier. All prices are according to whichever service is best for that particular product. If you purchase a product and pay the UK mainland delivery charge and you require the product to go out of the UK mainland zone you will incure extra charges which need to paid before we dispatch your goods.Please allow 7 – 10 working days for delivery. If you would like the products quicker or delivered on a Saturday please get in touch with us and we will make every effort to meet your requests.
For all of the products that are not available to buy online due the weight or size please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Our Returns Policy
Prior to buying any of products we would urge you to get in touch if you have any queries or questions to reduce any reasons for returns. We hope you will be 100% happy with our products, however if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product/s you will need to notify us with in 7 days of delivery. We will accept unused and undamaged goods back in its original packing but we will not pay for the delivery cost back to our address. Once we have the product/s back in our possession we will refund you the amount you spent on the product/s. After the 7 day period it will be up to our descretion if we except returned goods and arrange a refund or credit note.Cancellation
You can cancel your order without reason if you do so within 7 days of placing the order. In order for your order to be cancelled you will need to notify us either by email info@sallyweekes.com. Please note that if you cancel the order after the item has been dispatched, you accept that you will be responsible for delivery and return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.We advise you to print out our terms and condiotions for your reference with the purpose of buying our products online or other.
